Todays is 46 days the paper works to NVC and I call ralier 10mins ago she kinda not nice and she told me the petiton for my 2 minor kids not review yet so much make me cry and silent...... Pls help me i need some advised....

If you don't get a checklist, 60 days. Interview depending on the embassy when they might have time slots. Medical you don't get appointment for that from nvc, you need to sort it out. Read on your embassy website and it will advise you what to do.

I did post the link from the burea of immigration above last night and it did say for the extension of 38 days (from 21 days to 59 days) was a cost of 3030 php. The link i just posted above was from the travel.state.gov site and that was taken right before iposted it. I guess her husband just needs to verify what they stamp his passport for and if needed, go to the burea of immigration.

She just needs her passport thats it.

hello there MOniquez...thanks so much....for wishing us goodluck...YES! we got APPROVED! anyway sis...yes, you can do the ADVANCE MEDICAL..thats what we did last JUNE 2010...the only thing you will have to bring is 4 pcs (2x2) pics, black pen, NOA2 hard copy then photocopy it..the NVC letter/email that has your MNL Case #..and the money (should be in PESOS already when you pay in the cashier..i paid only P11,000 (not exact amt)..but have atleast P12,000 for ur medical..and as long as ...
