    we done to file a petition for my 2 minor kids in the philippines and we check the status of case and its say it approve the petiton i wanna know what if they go to medical and interview and i cant be in the philippines that day . can my sister be thier guardian what documents i need so can my sister do this for me ....

      Might want to rethink the calendar, as they still have to handle (you handle) doc intake and fee payment at NVC.
