      My NOA took exactly 7 months.It will come.all of us August filers just got approved early this month,it took 7-8 months for most of us.

      My husband did not had interwiev yet,our approval was from USCIS NOA2.

      I am sorry for your RFE,I exactly know how you feel because I got one also on Feb,14th and responded next day.just wait and see what they need and send it right a way.

    NOA1! I have the paper in hand as of yesterday! Received on January 14th, although I didn't get a text or email... strange the e-notification didn't go through. OH WELL

    How should taxes be filed if your immigrant husband or wife is not yet in the US? Do u file married or continue to file head of household? Not sure how this works.

      I called IRS and here is the info they gave me.I have to prepare my incometax married filing seperate,leave the SSN blank for husband,attached W7 form(ITIN)copy of his passport(notarized copy)and send it to them.They will give him Individual Tax Identitiy Number and it will take 8-10 weeks.That is the info they gave me.

      I also miss my husband sooo very much!!!Tried everything to get my mind off,even joined the gym but nothing helps.Everyday,I keep checking USCIS site for NOA2 but nothin' happening yet.

    I only saw my husband for three weeks this year. How does everyone deal with nonsense? I NEED my husband back, and there is no end in sight. :(

      You're lucky you saw your husband three weeks,I only saw my husband 4 days.I know it's very hard to wait but try to get busy with something.I recently joined the GYM.
