check on bt-store.com for tickets. They are operated out of Asia and have good pricing on RT from USA and one-way out of the Philippines.
I don't expect that you will have issues going thru immigration. I would check and see if you need a parental consent letter or similar to accompany a minor.

There were a couple articles in the Manila Times recently under Persida Acosta's legal advice section. She noted that the second marriage is not legal and is void. However, you will need to have it legally documented with the courts which will require an attorney in the Philippines.

We have been under the impression that the NBI needs to be 100% correct. Not sure if you can get it corrected on the spot (we are in a province)

This is what we did...
Bought a used laptop for Digna ($400usd) with a built in webcam. Pay 6.00 usd per month for her to have a USA number on Skype for her computer. For internet, we pay 25usd per month for Smartbro wireless.
Additionally, we bought a Netgear VOIP phone for 100usd. We also pay 6.00 usd per month for a USA number on skype and we use the same internect connection as above
She can call any USA number for .012 usd per minute.
I can call her USA number any time I want and for as long as we like for nothing.
Skype to Skype is free plus we have full video.

We went thru this in March of 2010. The annulment was granted March 2010, and the NSO had the finality recorded with documents available August 2010. Patients is key to success with annulments along with the financial means.
