    It should be going soon. I think ours took about a week or so. I called them maybe 4 days after our NOA2 was approved (online status) and they said they had not received the case yet. But when I called on day 5 or so they had already sent it out to Rio. It didn't take very long for Rio to receive it. We got our interview date shortly after. Acho que nao demora muito mais nao. Pode ficar ligando para saber se ja foi para o Rio. Tudo de bom!

    Oi Elo - We just had Thanksgiving last Thursday and Friday - so things might have been a little delay because of the holiday. Try giving NVC a call, and asking =)

    oI fully agree to you, this is very unfair situation, we passed a stupid process of several months or even years and when it thinks you receive at the end which was denied. Ate everything where it goes?! bureaucracy of a dog that passed, I think all this nonsense, these people who think they are to ruin the lives of thousands of people. This has to end, do not know how you have to have a solution. I read a case that was denied because no links included in the phone bill .. in the XXI century we are .. tecenologia advanced where we can communicate by skype will lemabrar where someone calls a phone?! I am simply outraged.

    I am very sad for you, so whoever goes through this process knows how agonizing the wait and then wait to receive a very unpleasant news. I'm in the process

    k1 of me and my boyfriend talked on the phone not just for skype we talk every day until 3 or 5 times a day and when he brought proof of our relationship took copies of these calls, we are waiting for the NOA2 arrives. Do not give up that's just the start of a battle to face you and stand beside her great love. Good luck

    Hi Brian,

    I am Brazilian and my fiance is American, I am in the k1 visa process that is the visa of bride. I'll explain to you some things and see if I can help you. There are two ways that you can do, go with the K1 visa application, the visa is for her to get married in the United States, who took legal action as you are U.S. citizen, attached all required documentation and send it to USCIS, the process takes a time until four months after the procedure will ready for her country and she will have to attach other documents to bring in the interview she has to wait the pocess at home ... the whole process from the entrance to her interview last 6 months. after all she has done six months to move to the United States and you guys have to get married 90 days from the date of entry. The other is the visa k3 visa marriage, you home in her home country, you return to the United States and entry into the process and she is waiting at home .. be scheduled until the interview, the time of k3 is the same time of K1. I have helped you, good luck to you both.

    I'll start with steps to ease.

    The process is very calm the hardest part is the delay time of waiting ...

    Pa you prove your relationship, photos, emails, letters, accounts telefonoe, skype ... all we can prove that you are together, no matter how long it is important to show the evidence and you guys must have met at least one vez.vou you go to a really cool site that explain many things and you'll move to another site that tells the exerience of a Brazilian super simpatica Larissa.

    I'm in the process, I think in my brave noa 2 is coming ... Good luck .. and if you need something and I can help it so I write.

    3. Passport

    4. Rate Citibank

    5. DS-230 I

    6. Two DS-156

    7. Form DS-156k - only to cases of Groom (as)

    8. Form DS-157 - only for people over 16 years

    9. Declaration on oath (for Grooms)

    10. Marriage certificate and copy (from previous marriages)

    11. Copy and certificate of divorce (if applicable)

    12. Death certificate and copy (if applicable)

    13. Certificate of good copy and (Department of Public Safety)

    14. Certificate of good copy and (Federal Police)

    15. Medical Examination (sealed)

    16. Financial Support

    - Form I-134,

    - Latest federal income tax,

    - Proof of current employment,

    - Proof of U.S. citizenship or greencard

    This is the information that I have about the documents for the interview. First consuloado the pact will arrange for you 03 for you to send the form DS-230 with a 5x5 or 5x7 photo

    then they are going to send the pact 04 parasaber if you're ready to interview ... the rest of the documents you had taken the day of the interview, do not forget to bring proof of your relationship, photos, emails, letters all you can prove your realcao. Good luck, I have helped.

    Zac thing to say he has a relationship two years there is no such information was wrong, actually I do not know because they pass it, the truth is that you have to have their relationship and prove it, no matter how long I've known couples who met and four months were admitted to the process of K1 and were approved .. if you are together since December 2009 do not worry in the process, have faith and if you guys love each other and are together to this day no one will change that.
