    I'll tell experiences of two friends who came on a tourist visa and married, all are super happy with their nadade GC did not have to leave the USA and return to Brazil, one of them arrived on 01/01/2011 and is home on 01/11/2011 and had no problem they met all the documents alone and are happy, the other also entou with a tourist visa and married, the difference is that she hired a lawyer for the process and everything worked. You do not need to go back to Brazil and back if you'll be a long wait, do it all quiet here. good luck :thumbs:

    I want to thank all of VJ for sharing all your moments, take off our doubts and could not fail to share this moment that is very thrilling, yesterday 01/04 I had my interview and thank God it was APPROVED! :dance::thumbs:

    Eu fui conferir todos meus documentos para minha entrevista que sera no dia 03 de janeiro..

    e no formulario I-134 na questao 11 pergunta sobre os custos nos EUA, e meu noivo respondeu que ia bancar tudo (óbvio) mas o que eu entendi ele respondeu como se fosse de ferias, e no exemplo do V.J esta k1 residente permanete. Eu não sei confirmar se o que ele escreveu esta bem para entrevista ou posso ter algum problema.... sem contar que eu estou uma pilha de nervos para entrevista, fico pensando se pode ser negada.. sei la passa tanta coisa pela minha cabeça :wacko: mas com fé em Deus vai dar tudo certo.

    Hi everybody!

    I want to get a doubt, my interview is next week to be exact on the next Monday, and on my form I-134 question number 11 on my fiance has not written exactly like this in the form of the VJ I am a little worried, I told him to send me another form by email, that will have a problem? I'll be safer to take the two on the day of my entrevita. :unsure:

    I think you will have to contact the consulate in Rio de Janeiro, what I have read and understand exactly how this was the site of the consulate. And better to send a message from the consulate:

    IMPORTANT:

    Hi!

    First things first,

    Firstly congratulations on your NOA2.

    In all of VJ has examples of all forms to fill her boyfriend

    Second, the consulate here everyone speaks English and Portuguese, will not have trouble interview.

    Third: If you are not able to come to accompany him do not worry, he can arrange all documentation alone.

    Marco these days I talked with Celia and told her when the consulate to mark her interview, she can call the doctor in Rio de Janeiro maracas consulting her, she can go about 3 or 4 days before the interview to be able to do all medical examinations and medical supply everything the other day with it she can save money because the city has it not also the doctors I went for it by email or by phone from the doctor so she could talk to him.

    If I'm writing something wrong correct me. Well let's go party, where exactly are you living? where if you are currently living for work and have a visa voc6e for you and your bride is a resident of that country, you guys could get married where you are and apply for a visa k3 their process could be faster for reasons of you are living in the same country and we are together at a time for work and you will have to return to their country of origin. If better informed the consulate of the country where you currently reside.

    After NOA2 your fiancé will receive a letter from NVC after a few days NVC will send to the consulate in the Dominican Republic. Algus in days or weeks you will receive a warning about its peaceful ducomentaçao interview and you will need to lead healthy interview. If you want to know if his case was sent to the consulate calls NVC they also did you pass the number of his RDJ asks for your boyfriend call this number: 202 663 1225...

    Elo, meu NOA2 chegou dia 22/11, mas é datado de 16/11, o meu noivo acabou de me ligar dizendo que o NVC já enviou pro Rio dia 24/11, eu assumo que já deve estar lá...no flowchart diz que demora de 3 á 5 dias úteis pra chegar no destino...

    enfim, acho que seu caso já deve ter sido enviado tbm...pede pro seu noivo ligar nesse número e perguntar...202 663 1225, e discar as opções 1,4,1,0.

    Espero que eles mandem a data da entrevista logo!!! e tomara que a nossa seja junta!!

    Oi Rafa, obrigada pela noticia, estou preocupada porque dizem que as vezes o consulado nao enviao o tal pakt 4 comunicando-se da nossa entrevista. Vou pedir para Joey entrar em contato com eles, hoje enviei um email para o consulado do Rio vou esperar resposta. Tomara que nossa entrevista seja no mesmo dia e se você nao tiver onde ficar no Rio poderemos ficar no mesmo hotel.
