    My brother is US citizen
    he appply for me I-130, in 1995
    in sep 2010 we had the Interview US consulate in Montreal, and they REFUSED immigrant visa
    cause of REFUSAL : misrepresentation, 212(a)9B2
    they said that's a life time ban, unless if i have my parents has to be US citizen or my childern has to be US citizen and they can only apply for WAIVER.
