    I did the same mistake that you did. I filed today 4 days before my 90 day window for ROC of GC.

    What happened with your application, how many days did it take to get it back and when did you refile the application?

      Really? Maybe it will be faster than you think! :-) I was not in hurry to be a citizen because I got pregnant in 2013 and now she's a big girl.  I just applied for citizenship last month and getting my biometrics May 2nd of this year. Now, I'm looking forward and excited to be a citizen  finally!

      I filed  March and I received notice of approval in May then my Green Card came June. It will be approved before you know it! :-)

      Make sure you wait until your packge arrive  before you do anything. I think I waited 2 weeks for it to arrive for sure.

      They sent it back to me! :-( I think I sent it a week later. It has to be within 90 day window.

    I'm Home! I was stuck in Chicago bcoz my flight from Chicago to Greenbay was cancelled bcoz of snowstorm but everything went fine when i decided to take a road trip. :D Goodluck to all!

    Did I over kill my RFE, maybe so. But I do not care I rather send to much then not enough. I sent over thousand pages of inforemation to USCIS

    So I could not wait any longer. Called USCIS this morning, USCIS sent RFE on January 19, 2011. Hopefully I will recieve it today to see what I missed or what they need.
