  1. Hi! thanks for that very helpful information.. I will be staying in New Mexico with my parents (but I want to move elsewhere as soon as I can hehehe) Thank you so much. I will be posting my timeline soon.. =)

Hi sacarabi.. i noticed you didn't post your timeline yet..busy eh? =) anyway can you just tell me the date when your I-130 was approved so I'll have an idea as to how many months more will I be wait before my spouse gets interviewed in the embassy in manila. Some say it's 6 months, I wanna know yours.. =) My husbands case (I-130 F2A) just got approved this week. I'm just so excited.. please let me know. :) :) thanks

  2. Hello..uhmm you should have inquired about that at USCIS when you first filed your wife. If you intend to include your minor child then in my opinion, his/her name should appear in all your files or correspondence. Have you asked NVC about that? You better inform them while it's not yet too late. By the way can I ask what month/date you received your NOA2 (Notice of Approval) letter from USCIS? I just got my approval letter this week so I'm just wondering when I will be expecting to receive DS-3032..Thanks.. :)

Hello bevzces21 , I'm new to this site. I have read your post and would like to know how long did it take from the time USCIS approved yours (NOA2 received) to the time you're now set for medical exam and interview at the U.S. embassy in Manila.. I'm F2A too and case was just approved this month.. pls let me know so I have an idea how long I will be expecting to receive an appointment for medical and interview.. thanks :)

  4. Hey... you can marry your boyfriend as long as you already have your greencard with you.. :) that's what I did.. I came in the United states 3 years ago as an F2A (unmarried child of LPR under 21) and then got my GC in the mail after a month (no need to apply for AOS)...then after 2 years, I married my boyfriend.. and I filed a petition for him just last May 2010, now it's already approved..It took only 4 months!!! :) seems like F2A category this year is speeding up their processing times and approval.. believe me.. so now, we're waiting for further intructions from NVC and I'm guessing it will only take about 6 months more then we can finally be together here in the U.S. =)

By the way, may I know your timeline if it's ok? can you post it... dates from the time your I-130 was approved by USCIS until the time of your interview.. i wanna know the exact dates and steps.. ;)or just at least tell me how long you waited or how long it took you from the time your I-130 has been approved to the time you were interviewd in the U.S. embassy in manila.. thanks in advance.. ^_^ and by the way, where in the U.S. will you be staying? When r u coming? :)
