approx 3 weeks, you can then check it thru NVC avr! what is your priority date? goodluck to all of us! happyheart-- did you try calling them and ask for an interview? what did they tell you?...

@homer: same here; my NVC status says "awaiting biographic information from petitioner" which we already sent 2 weeks ago..maybe AVR aint updated.

@criselle: oh i see.. P.D. is April 2010... I tried to contact NVC but didn't get any luck of speaking to an operator. Lines were always busy.
