    its been 2 and a half years since i filed his i-130 ,and now its been a year and half since our case got sent backand still we wait yet another 6 months for background checks..whats the hold up

      Did you try to call the uscis ..? My fiance did yesterday .. THey said they are on the mid of april .. Nothing , just curious if did they said the same to you guys ..

      You mean they are already processing june files ? That's a good news , HOpe our papers are already approved for about a week maybe before they notify us , Yea , wow , your news gave me a hope that within the next 2 mos we can have our interview , because I was just a lil sad , I heard some took 6 to 7 mos before they got noa2 , but that's a very rare case , right ? Good luck to us ! :)

      Hi thanks !! Are you a may filer too ? Yea , How I wish they are already processing now May and June , They said they are still on april 16th files yesterday .. HOpe no more april ..
