So just an update, things turned around and Rabah is here now!! They called him about a month after his interview and told him he was approved!!!!!

Well Moonlight2011 there were other people there getting interviewed and over half of them were denied. Just be honest about everything and do what you can. It's in Gods hands.

So I talked to the Embassy myself today and yeap thats the news. Go there and get married in Tunisia then refile and Rabah will get his visa for sure. This sucks. Money Money Money Time Time Time

So we had our interview today and Rabah wasn't denied, but he was approved either. They told him I need to go there and marry him and then file for a K3 visa and he would be approved that way. Im so totally confused and will be calling tomorrow. Not denied and he will get approval for a k3 visa?? why cant they approve him now????

Got my APPROVED NOA2! I have been slacking on putting up posts! I feel in my heart that Rabah and I will be together and everything will go fine, but there are times of weakness where I ask myself, what if he gets denied in the interview? what will I do then? Any advice?
