Thanx a lot my dear Vj members.my husby calls me every other day and sometimes every 2 I'm not too comfortable with.previous he was calling twice weekly and I also call like twice in a week.but I informed him later that I need him to talk to me often and he now calls me every other day.I want to tell him to call me everyday before going to work,I hope that does not mean I'm asking for too much.he doesn't do text messaging or chat online,that's one problem I have with him.thanks once again for your wonderful replies.Gud day or night depending on the time.

How often do you talk on the phone with your husbands abroad.I really wanna know,I feel my husband is not communicating with me enough.

I would love to know how long it takes for the Medical reports and Police Cert to expire.My case is waiting for another interview so I wanna know if I may need to get some medicals and police certs done.The one I did was in october 2009.Somebody should tell me if I will have to get new ones.Thanks y'all!

Has anyone received an interview date for cr1 visa from the accra consulate lately? Since the dv lottery visas are over, I expect each and every one of us waiting to get an appointment to get one.

things will be much better now i guess. we all missed our families loads and the embassy must do something about it. we will hear from them ok!

hopefully, the us embassy is done with the dv lottery visa appointment.its now our turn.i pray they contact me soon with interview date.

Wow, they emailed me back last week within a couple of days, as you know we are both going through the same thing. I emailed them again on Wednesday to ask if they have set another interview and have not heard anything. Just send the same email again girl. Good luck, I am praying for you too!

Oh they replied u? Ur lucky then,for me I only got the automated message.All the same,I'm giving them. Up to the 13th of oct for them to schedule an interview else will have my lawyer call and talk to them.the good lord will surely see us through dear.keep praying.

My inquiry was about my I 130 that got reaffiemed and forwarded to them and they have it. What do I do? They don't pick up phone calls too,OMG!

Oh so u also in the same boat with me,I'm happy for your reaffirmation.I'm indeed hoping they will schedule us for interview soon since this is not our first time.the consular officer are just strict,they keep returning applications back to the Uscis.did u file a lawsuit before it was reaffirmed.thganks for the reply.goood luck.

My husband who is a Us citizen filed an i130 for me last two years.it was approved and we went through the NVC successfully.I got an interview date and attended,after the interview I was issued a 221g form and told by the officer that my filed is gonna be returned to the uscis.my husband and I waited for 6months after filing the writ of mandamus to sue the uscis and also expedite the process.last month we received a notice of intent to revoke and request for furthe evidence.we submitted more than enough evidence and it was reaffirmed within 22days and we were told that the case is being returnef to the department of state for visa processing.we contacted NVC and they told us it has been physically shipped to the US embassy in accra ghana.I confirmed that by tracking it on DHL website.what I want to know is when will I get the interview date.pls help.I'm missing my man badly!
