  1. yes they will accepet 2007 2008,2009,if you send your file before april 18,if you send it afer the april 18 then you need 2010 taxes return,

WHEN YOU SAY SEND YOUR FILE BEFORE APRIL 18, DOES THAT MEAN I WILL BE SENDING MY FILE TO SOME OTHER PLACE THAN JUST TO MY FIANCE?

IF IT GOES ONLY TO MY FIANCE, DOES THAT MEAN OUR INTERVIEW HAS TO BE BEFORE APRIL 18?

    THANKS FOR CLARIFICATION :)

  2. I HAVE MY W 2 SHOWING MY INCOME FOR 2010. HOWEVER, TAXES ARE NOT DUE UNTIL 4/15/2011 AND I HAVE NOT COMPLETED OR SUBMITTED 2010 TAXES. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THEY WILL ACCEPT 2009, 2008, 2007 FOR THE "MOST RECENT YEARS INCOME TAX PAPERWORK, OR DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY 2010 RETURN EVEN IF IT IS NOT DUE YET?

  3. hey there! our interview is monday, March 7, and the required form for us is the I-134. you can contact the embassy and they will tell you--the required form will also be in the packet the beneficiary receives in the mail!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE INFORMATION. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKET YET, WE WERE JUST NOTIFIED OF THE NOA2 VIA EMAIL LAST WEEK.. DOES BOTH THE SPONSOR AND THE BENEFICIARY RECEIVE THE SAME PACKET?

WISHING YOU THE BEST OF LUCK IN YOUR INTERVIEW!!!!!

  4. I have yet to get a letter or package successfully mailed from usa to morocco. I went to fedex today to see if they could deliver a small light box and they said it would be over $300. They say the reason my stuff does not get there is because of theft in postal offices in Morocco. that is terrible. anyone have any secrets to getting mail from usa to morocco?

he has not had a problem sending stuff from morocco here....go figure

  5. I'm not sure how long the proces takes and from what I have learned from this site everyones experience is different.(even deifferent from country to country) I do know that if you have filled the k-1 already and then get married you will have to start over and you do NOT get your money back... We filed the k-1 and it was sent back for further review.... We were then told our case was closed because the dates expired and we were free to file again.... Now we are going to marry in Morocco and file for the cr-1.... In my opionion we should have done it this way in the first place and had we done so he would be here by now.....I filed our k-1 in dec of 2009..... Morocco is very difficult

can you explain more the dates expiring. did the dates of you papers expire because it took uscis too long to approve? What dates are you referencing. thank you for the information.

  6. Do they do a financial credit check in the process? If so, does bad credit impact the decision making process? I recently came into some financial difficulty so my dept to income ratio is challenged. I have a few late payments and a home foreclosure on record. I am back on track and rebuilding my credit, but I was wondering if this will have an impact on a decision for Visa approval for my finance in Morrocco. My fiance does not have much income and would be considered low income.

Thanks for your feedback and any advise you can offer.

  7. Like I said in the other post....I never said anything about the PLO. Hezbollah is a legitimate part of the Lebanese government, they are not a terrorist group.....but I don't expect you to understand anything that goes on in Lebanon or any other middle eastern country...you have Fox for that. The Lebanese are not hostages in their own country what a joke....there is religious freedom, freedom to come and go as the Lebanese people please, freedom and speech, and freedom of dress (you can see women in mini skirts next to a woman in abaya...it's a common site). Now I still would like to know why is it a surprise to people that Israeli soldiers were captured when they were on Lebanese territory. Israel needs to stay out of Lebanon plain and simple, but they can't do that....they are daily incursions across the border and even black helicopters and jets invading Lebanese airspace....then Israel denies even doing it and of course it never makes it in the news. If God jumped from the sky and said Israel did this they would still deny it and you along with most people would believe them. As for the links on the internet, this is not where I get my information, I get my information from actually living there, growing up there, and experiencing things first hand.

  8. I am curious about this too. I sent in our paperwork on 9/13. I got a delivery confirmed from the USPS on 9/15. Now I am wondering when and/or how I will get a case number so I can start tracking it on the USCIS website. Does this number come with the NOA1 or will I get it before? I know that it has only been a few days since they received it, but I just want to know what to be looking for.

I think my confirmation number is to confirm i had a conversation with uscis. no sure. I think the noa1 confirmation includes you receipt number for tracking your case. I do not have that number yet, nor have they cashed my check. :(:bonk:

  9. I mailed package 8/26. United post tracking confirmed they received the package in Dallas office 8/28. However, we have nothing from uscis to say they put in their system. I called uscis and they have no record of our papers. I was given a confirmation number of wtc2591003207tsc, but when i put this in to check my status is has no record. i am wondering if my number look like the MOA1 number and if not, what is a confirmation number?

  10. I mailed our 129 F to dallas tx offiice on 8/26. I have postal reciept that the package was delivered on 8/29. As of today i have not heard anything from uscis to acknowledge receipt of the package, so i called to inquire. they told me they should have it, but it has not been put into their system. i was given a confirmation number, but was told this is not the same as recciept number. i think i understand this number means they will start to look for the package, but not sure. has anyone else had this type of delay from the get go?

  11. Seriously????

I joined this site for support, knowledge and insight. I find this threads quite juvenile. I am amazed at how these posts convey rivalry for righteousness and are seemingly posted by mature adults. We all have a common interest. Why go to so much trouble to make yourself stand apart from the whole. Grow up guys. We are all working towards the same goal here. I can see patience in not a virtue of those who participate in this trivial behavior.

Thanks for skewing my ideas of joining with like minded people on a common journey for support and insight......

    The change starts HERE, hopefully:bonk:

  12. If you are not part of the solution, note yourself as part of the problem.

It amazes me that men claiming such noble education and intelligence stammer like boxed brained self righteous arrogant people. I find it hard to respect the opinion of those with such limited views and awareness.

I find many of these comments come from limited minds. Wake up people! Look out side of your box! As I see it you are a part of the problem, not part of any solution.....

Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Buddhist, etc....are all universal spiritual themes. It should emphasize they are but one independent version of the universal curriculum. There are many others, only differing from others in form. The fact that you engage in this topic with such tone shows no respect for the universal truths of all religions, which is peace, love and forgiveness. To me it appears that those who project their option about this topic with such aggressive vigor are no better than those who set the fires, pull the trigger or drop the bombs..... This type of situation is the perfect example of why the insanity continues. t is people who cherish their need to be right who contribute to our eventual self destruction. No one wins in this situation. NO ONE!
