Expiration date on my GC is 2/10/2014, when can I ROC? Exactly 3 months before the expiration date ??

; first job I applied for- Continental Airlines!! I was interviewed by 3 managers and one of them called me back the day after and said that he offers me a training in Houston in 5 weeks!!!!!!! I'm stoked!!!! Next week only a drugs test and paperwork and them I'm good to go. Hopefully my new SSC will be in the mail anyt time soon (I lost the first one already), but it already has been 2 weeks!!! Help!

If you file for AOS, make sure you file for AP too, besides EAD. It doesn't cost anything extra other than your AOS fee, which is 1070 dollers. You will get your EAD + AP card (is one card, though) in the mail within 3 months, sometimes earlier like mine. With that you can travel during an emergency

; for the Biometrics, it all takes like 5 minutes. They only take finger prints and they make pictures of Fernando and that will be his GC picture no other questions or whatever will be asked!
