; OMFGosh!!! Aaron and I just spoke to a TIER2 person, and you know what they said?? We have to wait until 4th of JULY!!! USCIS got a response from Vermont, that they need 30 more extra days!! That would be over 8 months since we received our NOA1!!!!!!!! This is f*cking ridiculous!! Excuse me for my language, I'm just pisssed!!

Did you guys get a RFE?
Aaron should definitely be intouch with a US Congressman or Senator. You are outside normal processing time "ONPT" and should be eligible for an expedited request. However, if you did receive a RFE, then this doesn't count. But I did not see one on your timeline. Good Luck and don't give up.......

Hi thanks for the add and the comments..yes we did get an RFE last April 6 we aswered it and they just reviewed last May 5 so its almost a month now and still nothing heard from them..hopefully sooner.. so frustrating now this long wait..you been waiting also so long and hope you get it sooner too.. goodluck and God bless

Unfortunately we didn't receive a RFE. Sometimes I wished, because then I know for sure they've had our case in hads..
