; first job I applied for- Continental Airlines!! I was interviewed by 3 managers and one of them called me back the day after and said that he offers me a training in Houston in 5 weeks!!!!!!! I'm stoked!!!! Next week only a drugs test and paperwork and them I'm good to go. Hopefully my new SSC will be in the mail anyt time soon (I lost the first one already), but it already has been 2 weeks!!! Help!

  I dont have my GC yet :-( when I go to do the drug test this Tuesday, he told me to bring my SSC with me.. What's I-9?????

  I-9 is a verification of you being eligible to work, and verify your ID as well. Here you go; http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-9.pdf Do you have the paper they gave you where it said you applied for a new SSC?

  I got it! They gave me an official form + signature stating I already have a SS# and applied for a new one :-) hopefully this will work!! I need my PA drivers license ASAP so hopefully my new card will arrive soon. What a pain in the.......... bottom "
