    I got the letter from the consulate right now, and yes the process for a fiance visa has change a little!

      Another person called Juarez 2 weeks ago and was told the same( k-1 beneficiaries don't need to schedule an appointment)...Why do you say the process has changed, Juliem?

    I called CDJ today to asked about the new changes for K-visas and they told me those changes will take effect next week. They told me to call back next week since i'm still not going to go and ask if that process started.

      Today they told me that the changes will take place soon but they're not sure when. They said to call right before we go to find out what we need to do. When do you plan to go? Will you go to CJ also or just your fiance?

      Hope you get it soon and that i get right after. It seems CSC stop working all of a sudden, but we'll get it eventually and just think the happiness we have ahead, like the wedding day.

      Hey, thats's great! Your soooo close... Are you checking with NVC via phone? I'm confused about that part. And it looks like the USCIS email is weeks behind their hard copy, haha, they make this so much more confusing than it should be! But you're done with them!

    I found out today CDJ send packet 3 on Feb. 11 to my fiance in Mex. and to me in the U.S.

    So I called CDJ Consulate and they got my case same day NVC send it Jan. 3. They said I have to wait 2-3 months from Jan 3 to received packet 3 MAYBE it takes less. Hopefully it does.

      I think what they said is correct. They got our petition on Dec 8th and still haven't mailed out our packet. It's been almost 2 months now.

    128 days nothing yet but I feel happy. I waited but it's been a good wait at the end I will be with my love for ever Noa 2 I'm waiting

    According to Igor's list for csc the last approvals where on the 9th. OMG what is going on. Is it that people are just not updating?

      I think it's that USCIS just isn't updating and sending notifications. Loads of people have gotten approvals without any updates on the USCIS site. Hopefully ours will be soon (looks like our NOA1s are just 2 days apart).

    how funny I just got an e-mail from UCIS saying On December 20, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Hahahaha my case is on it's way to the consulate and they are just telling me it's been approved

    My computer caught a virus on Saturday, I was out of VJ for 3 days and now i'm back and so happy to see all the approvals. I just have to wait a little bit more, I already waited 112 days i can handle a few more i think.

    I try to stay out of VJ and just wait for my NOA2 patiently, but I can't I get so exited when there are new approvals. Congrats to everyone getting Noa2's.
