    Yes, that's what they told me they said next week but to call and make sure. I don't think I will be going with my fiance, he is planning to go in 2 weeks.

    I called CDJ today to asked about the new changes for K-visas and they told me those changes will take effect next week. They told me to call back next week since i'm still not going to go and ask if that process started.

      Today they told me that the changes will take place soon but they're not sure when. They said to call right before we go to find out what we need to do. When do you plan to go? Will you go to CJ also or just your fiance?

    Hey I called CDJ today and they told that the new process starts next week and yes K-visas have to do the appt. for ASC and for the interview. But they said to call and ask next week again. I guess they are saying different things.

    Oh my God! So the instructions they send are not right? This is really confusing I will call them too.

    Yes I'll let you know, we still don't set up the appointment but It says for the ASC he can go to the closest location where he lives. But i'm still confused It says I have to go online and make an appointment for the ASC and for the interview at Juarez

    I got the letter from the consulate right now, and yes the process for a fiance visa has change a little!

      Thanks for letting me know! wow, almost a diff of a month btw time they "sent it" and postmark! I have some questions on ASC step so please let us know once you are all set for your interview. Congrats!!!

      Another person called Juarez 2 weeks ago and was told the same( k-1 beneficiaries don't need to schedule an appointment)...Why do you say the process has changed, Juliem?

    CDJ should be sending you the letter soon maybe this week. You should call them and find out.

    When you call CDJ press 2 for english and wait then press 1 for immigrant visas and wait takes a while then press 4 and someone will answer that's what i've been doing and i always talk to someone there.

    I found out today CDJ send packet 3 on Feb. 11 to my fiance in Mex. and to me in the U.S.

    So I called CDJ Consulate and they got my case same day NVC send it Jan. 3. They said I have to wait 2-3 months from Jan 3 to received packet 3 MAYBE it takes less. Hopefully it does.

      I think what they said is correct. They got our petition on Dec 8th and still haven't mailed out our packet. It's been almost 2 months now.

    Congrats finally you got NOA2, and yes i'm still stuck in CDJ hopefully it moves fast soon.

    how funny I just got an e-mail from UCIS saying On December 20, 2010, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Hahahaha my case is on it's way to the consulate and they are just telling me it's been approved

      Hey, thats's great! Your soooo close... Are you checking with NVC via phone? I'm confused about that part. And it looks like the USCIS email is weeks behind their hard copy, haha, they make this so much more confusing than it should be! But you're done with them!

    I try to stay out of VJ and just wait for my NOA2 patiently, but I can't I get so exited when there are new approvals. Congrats to everyone getting Noa2's.
