well I started to look on peoples timelines and noticed that usually on most cases it took from 3 to 10 days for the consulate to get the petition from nvc. so I emailed the consulate and said... I was wondering if you have received our petition from nvc yet? and they answered me back with an interview date I waited about 5 days after it left nvc to email the consulate.

hi, yes the interview date will be on the packet that the consulate will send to your hubby. I was getting anxious so I emailed the consulate before my husband got the packet and they emailed me back the date of interview

my hubby got green card today by mail

Im sorry to hear about your mom I know how you feel my mom past away jan of 2009 and im still having such a hard time with it. Its like if it just happened yesterday. Dont know when this feeling will go away. But I hope your healing will be better than mines and when your honey comes it will get so much better for you.
