i met my husband on myspace.com in september of 2009......we were married in Febuary 2010 in his home country of Nigeria..I am presently residing in Nigeria with my Husband until a later date.......i filed back in march 2010 but have never recieved a reply so am i in the process of refiling.....

am needing sum guidance in the visa process.....i have already filed back in March 2009,but never recieve the I-797...i recently contacted Immigration services...and they suggested that I refile due to the date of filing.....
