keep calling... i told you i did the same thing. i was approved on August 26th and didn't receive mine until september 10th.. that is how slow they are.

I am the US citizen. i snet all the forms in. but my wife was here last year with a k-1 visa. she ahd an emergency and had to go back before the adjustment of status was done. so i am hoping that she will be here soon.

this is crazy you other people get there noa2 in just 3 or 4 months and we have to wait longer. what is wrong with uscis.

tough luck for us, I have no clue the way they process some people faster then other,any way wee need to wait, yestrday I requested service ticket on my case and will see what will hepend.

you just kidding with me ??? if you are over your time line you can place service request on your case and they will investigate your case, and update you with a status,so if you are runing over 5 months you can call them and place service requset on your case they will tell you whay you are out of processing time )

oh i miss understood ur message,,,lolz...nwei we just did it but then uscis said we hve to w8 15 more days if we dont recieve noa2 we have to call them to apply for service request...

have u tried to register on their online case status checking?i'm hoping u will get you noa2 soon...don't lose hope..

How do you know who to email?? Where you find email adress of congressman or phone nb. The nb i guess from USCIS site, but email?? I've been waiting for 3 months, but maybe that piece of info will be useful in the future!!

congresperson in ur place...search it on net..u can call try to call USCIS..they hve a no..we've been calling them 2x i guess and after sept 5 we'll call them again..=)

Love, you just search on the Internet for a congressman's info form ur state and send them an e-mail(preferably) or call their office.
