our AOS status is now paid...we'll be sending our AOS packet saturday or monday...

ok, wait ko lng mag appear paid ung IV ko, para maayos n lhat papers sa isang folder para wala ng ggawin hubby ko pagdating ng mga dox ko. sana bukas mag appear na,, lagi kc ipit ng 2 days ung payment ko sa weekend, lagi friday dumadating ung bill namin.

Did you have to send your DS-3032 again? I also emailed mine and today received a AOS bill. I did not get the IV bill yet. I also have not heard if the DS-3032 was accepted. I emailed my DS3032 the day after I got my case number and did not wait for the AOS bill. Do I have to send it again? Did you send your DS-3032 in the mail or did you just wait? Thank-you for your information as I am not sure what to do.

i called NVC and they said after 9 days of getting my papers that they is something missing or incomplete and something we to be mial to me but never got it. My lawyer is email them to find out what is going on. I hope it is nothing that is going to take along time to get.

In case that in 8 days we dont have the IV fee, or something about ds3032 accepted , we must call to NVC asking about that.

How do you know who to email?? Where you find email adress of congressman or phone nb. The nb i guess from USCIS site, but email?? I've been waiting for 3 months, but maybe that piece of info will be useful in the future!!

congresperson in ur place...search it on net..u can call try to call USCIS..they hve a no..we've been calling them 2x i guess and after sept 5 we'll call them again..=)

Love, you just search on the Internet for a congressman's info form ur state and send them an e-mail(preferably) or call their office.

this is crazy you other people get there noa2 in just 3 or 4 months and we have to wait longer. what is wrong with uscis.

tough luck for us, I have no clue the way they process some people faster then other,any way wee need to wait, yestrday I requested service ticket on my case and will see what will hepend.

i got sif dec 1..case complete dec 2...dec 8 i called nvc then they said jan 6 is my interview...Godbless,,,

you just kidding with me ??? if you are over your time line you can place service request on your case and they will investigate your case, and update you with a status,so if you are runing over 5 months you can call them and place service requset on your case they will tell you whay you are out of processing time )

oh i miss understood ur message,,,lolz...nwei we just did it but then uscis said we hve to w8 15 more days if we dont recieve noa2 we have to call them to apply for service request...

Hey lady_bug I'm sorry to say you might be having the same problem as me. I suggest you print out the DS-3032 sign it and put it in the post straight away. This happened to me, and when I resent the DS-3032 by email they sent me an email reply telling me that I MUST send it by post, NOT by email. I hope I'm wrong, but this sounds exactly like what happened to me. I posted a thread under the NVC forum called DS-3032 email stuff up. Check it out.

The NVC will then stop sending paper letters and instead send e-mail messages to the e-mail address(es) provided in the request. source : www.ImmigrantVisas.state.gov ( That is my answer to your question dear)
