Hey Gearman! Lucky I found your DL case...I had the same problem with them but I was given a document to show them, and when I did, they were forced to give me the DL. The information is in there system but these people are unthought and ignorant...so be ready to teach them their work...I did it and u will do it if you need the DL...but be sure you have ur SSN/AOS notification/marriage cer...
