    I-693 CHECKED! AOS package NEXT!

      hello i just go to the surgeon near to my place in tapos nagdala ako ng form 1693 then may physical check up ka with that surgeon for 116 dollars pero try to find more surgeon kase mas may mura. tapos don mo malalaman kung ano ano kulang mo . isusulat nila kung ano missing vaccinations mo including flu shots. blood test and skin test. . sana nakatulong ako

    they received my AOS package MONDAY!.. am I supposed to have heard anything from them by now? cuz I havent.. they havent even cashed the check.. GRRR I forgot how this process stresses me out

      laht ng form ifile mo maliban sa 1-693 kase ikaw magpafillup nyan sa surgeon na malapit sa inyo physical check up then look nila kung ano kulang na vaccinations.
