hi i was reading ur posts before and i was wondering how long did it take before you got any response back from sending your aos to the wrong address? Did you get it back in the mail or did you send a new one?

Is it ok to go out of status? I had read that it can be dangerous to do so? Will it affect any future processes for my wife?

I was wondering about the aos. I am going to file it soon, just waiting on getting the I-693 before I send it away. Does the $1070 fee cover the I-765 or is the fee for that form not included in that?

I had submitted my co-sponsors evidence as well as mine, but at the interview, they never looked at my co-sponsors' things. So it is based on case by case. I hope this helps you.

and do they keep the birth certificate?

what did you take to get a ssn?

When you went through your interview, did your fiance provide bank statements? Or did he provide a letter from his bank stating when his account was opened, the type of account, and the total deposits for the year?

im just waiting for the usem letter. dont know if they will send one or not.

Oh. So what kind of things did her family and friends have to say that made it good evidence? And were you the applicant or the petitioner?

By the way, you had previously answered a question about the I-134 so I was hoping you could clear this part up as well.

So if I was a dependent last year because I was still in school, but now I am not, would that make a difference for how much my co-sponsor would have to prove they make because I know that they need to make a certain amount for each person who is a dependent to them? This is just hypothetical because I'm not sure if I was considered a dependent on their last taxes.

would you happen to know what makes a strong relationship? And even if the letters are only dated maybe within 2010 would be ok?
