      Ooh no.. We dont receive a packet 3 from the embassy.. YOU have to email them with ur name, her name, days of birth and ur CRS number which is the one the NVC gave u.. Then after u email them they will email u back w ur interview date

      thanks! Oops so I wasted like a month lol. that's fine tho he can't even come here til july 29th at the earliest since our wedding is Oct 29. :-) And we are still waiting on his police certificate from Spain.

      @Rob &Pame- no, we were just a little past the 5 month mark (CSC), but I did put in a service request at USCIS..not sure if that was just coincidence or if it actually worked!

    now 5 months and counting since Noa1. nice.

      called USCIS, put in a service request, glad the lady was really nice. If I don't hear anything in the next 30 days I'm supposed to call back..hopefully it won't come to that.

    Wow 3 months has flown by actually! only two more to go (hopefully!). So glad we have such a strong founddation that prevents us from agonizing over this process!

    Hi G Jen! So far I still have to file the I-129 F. I've been reading all I can, and have started gathering evidence and making checklists. My bf (soon to be fiance) is coming to visit in a few weeks, and we will make things official! We've been together 6 years. Where are you at in the process? Thanks for messaging me!
