Got a I-797 notice of action today in the mail....Our case was transfered to Norfolk so we have an interview on Dec 19th.

Ben is adjusting to the fact that it gets dark outside by 5 pm this time of year...lol. There is never a time change in Kenya and it starts to get dark closer to 7 pm all year round.

Received notice that AOS ws transferred to CSC for faster processing...smileeeeee, hooray! Thanking God and extremely happy

EAD and AP card came today! I had no idea it was processed because I couldn't get updates from USCIS site! What a nice surprise!

AOS interview was not even 5 minutes long! Asked 3 questions and then told us the green card should come in 5 to 10 days!!!

After 2.5 hours of waiting at the airport - he is finally through immigration and HERE!!!
