True- Usually they look at whether the marriage is real or not. If you have kids out of that marriage, then the interview is just a formality. Consulate would only further interrogate and verify the info if they had any suspicion. Congrats.

No they did not ask for anything but Police Certificate.

The questions they ask were:

How did you meet your husband?

Where did we get married?

When did I get married?

If I ever traveled before and where?

How many times did my husband visit me after we get married?

How old is my daughter?

I didn't even know i was been interviewed, LOL

They usually give out the interview dates by the ending or the first week of every month before the visa bulletin is posted

Hey Guys just got my interview date February 8, 2012

When NVC asked me the affidavit of support and ds230 my pd was current two months after but i did not have the affidavit of support and the Vb was 2008. I could not get interview date.

PD NOV 05.

yah thats sure our pd will be current with in 9 months

I doubt it because my pd is June 2,2009 and my case has been completed from November 10,2010, and i am sure it is more than one year now

No I didn't since my PD is so far away, but it doesn't hurt to call, i will call a little later, just to here there response, when i called last month, they told me to call the 1st of December.

I think you would have to go to the courts office and get a dismissal notice, if the case has been dismissed, no criminal record+no conviction=Dismissal notice.

I was told by digicel that the embassy would have to request it to be given and they don't give it to you, they send it directly to the embassy.
