If you send IRS Transcripts do I still need to Send w-2's ?

Also, I just paid the $88 fee last night. Should I wait for it to process or email/mail the Agent of Choice form now?

Can you mail the DS-3032 form on behalf of the beneficinary? I went to see my wife and had her sign it.

So by providing the email will i get just the status updates faster or I will they email the forms as well? Also, I just got back after visiting my wife. I had her sign all the forms DS-3032 and DS-230 Part one. How do I generate the barcode which I need to place on those forms?

And when I call the rep to provide our email addresses do I need to mention something specific about it or just ask them to add our emails addresses?

Just paid my NVC AOS Fees $88 online. What is the next step? I got the DS-3032 form should, I mail it or email it to NVC. Do I need to call a Rep at NVC to give mine and my wife's email address?

Looks like you and I got approved on same day 8-26. So if you got your case # yesterday, I'm hoping mine would be updated in next few days.

On the NOA2 it says to give NVC 15 days to enter ur info in the system - when the 15 day passes - start harassing them! Good luck!

Ok, so my case was approved (NOA2) on August 26th and overnighted to NVC. Which means NVC receieved it on 27th. I been calling the AVR from last two weeks and it does not have any case #. I called again today and spoke to a rep. According to him they got the files from USCIS but it could take 6-8 weeks to enter into the system. ####### is up with that?? Anyone else experiencing that sort of delay.

6-8 weeks to enter into the system and then another 1+ month of going back and forth. Wasn't USCIS 5 months waiting torture enough that they had to add another layer. Anyways, I'm just venting...

It did take few days for my case to show up online as well. Also make sure you are not entering dashes "-"

I heard that some people applied for K-1 visa instead of IR-1 even when they were married. Is that even legal?

Congrats Layonda. Just curious why did it take you 4 months at NVC process. Did you have some RFE's?

It's a Shame that AVR is ringing busy, I could understand if limited Customer service reps was the limitation.

Does anyone else experience the busy signal at NVC AVR. I been trying to call them since 9AM this morning but it keeps ringing busy.

My wife will kill me if I don't go. Originally the way things were going at USCIS, I thought NVC process won't start until I come back which is in OCT. Tickets are already paid for and vacation approved, so don't have too many options now.

Send them your passport copies showing the immigration Entry / Exit stamps. At least that's what I sent them.
