K1 is not a "lets see what happens" once you are here visa! Last i checked you sign an intent to marry! Unless something crazy is going on, its crazy and sad to see so much abuse for this visa! Think long and hard before you start, you "maybe" petition delays other " serious" petition!

  I too see it over so many forums. It is abuse and in many cases cat help feel its fraud of one way or another, get in get married, oh and in a monhs time, they are seperated or in divorce process. My personal opinion is if the marriage fails, they must return from where they came unless they themselves are now USC
