  3. Hi Everybody,

I am a K3 visa holder and I entered US on April 2010 after a month I got pregnant and because im not covered with health insurance of my husband and its gonna be expensive to seek medical attention in New Jersey, I decided to go back in Philippines on Nov. 2010 to get my prenatal check ups and give birth too. My visa will expire on Jan. 12, 2012 and I haven't file for AOS and still here in the Phils, I'm planning to go back this coming December 2011 in US, I know I don't have to worry because K3 is a multiple entry visa but I wanna make sure if I can still travel or enter US even if I stayed in the Phils for more than a year and that I haven't filed for AOS yet. Does anyone experience the same thing? Your answers will be appreciated, Thanks!!!

  4. my daughter is a u.s. citizen, she 7 months old... i have to go back in united states with her ssn so she can get covered by my husbands health insurance. i am now currently applying for adjustment of status... god bless

Hos old is your child? What stage are you in K-3? SSN is only for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and temporary (working) residents generally to track individuals for taxation purposes

  5. Hello Everybody!

I have a question about my k3 visa, I hope anyone can help me. I am a k3 visa holder which has a 2 years validity, I arrived in the U.S. on April 2010. After 2months of stay my husband and I found out that I am pregnant with our first child, I can't go to see a doctor because seeing a doctor is real expensive here in the U.S. and I got no health insurance yet. So we decided that i'll just go back home and get my medications for a cheap price. I know I dont have to file for re entry permit as my k3 visa doesn't need to file for Advance Parole, so i can go back to Philippines anytime. Does anyone know if theres any limit of days or months for me to stay outside the U.S. even if I'm not required to file for re entry permit? :help::help::help:
