well, I didn't think i'd be posting on this website again, but my card arrived with a different date of birth and a mistake in my middle name.

I recieved my conditional GC in june- sent everything back in July and called immigration today. The man on the phone told me this could take about 6 months as it is like filing for the first time all over again. He told me that I could get a stamp in my passport which is just as good as having the card and that this is a common problem.

Does not actually having the card affect when i have to resubmit those documents to lift the condition?

so here i am again, and suprised to see a lot of familiar names. If anyone has any suggestions on ideas that might help move this process along, i would love to hear them.

My interim EAD is about to expire on June 30, 2006 and i still have not got my EAD or green card. will i be able to get another interim ead if i make an infopass appointment?
