    220 days since NOA1 - 7.5 months. Broken down, frustrated, and feeling helpless. About ready to give up on the American Dream and head back to Mexico....what did we do to be made to wait this long? I paid my money - more than those who filed after Nov and are approved way before me. Our immigration system is so broken.

    My parents had their interview for their tourist visa today, and they got approved! I'm so happy, because now I am sure they can attend to our wedding. Thank you, Jesus!!

    Everyone says that things move faster after the NOA2, but I feel like its still at a stand still. My fiance is still waiting on his GP to complete the police report form to send off, and his umminzation record...so we cant even make the medical appt. Good grief.

    After 162 days waiting, we got RFE.

      We also got the RFE hardcopy today.And in one of the forms about prior spouses to me,my fiancé just left empty,and the response is:NONE. And the USCIS request again my fiancé´s divorce decree. We already had sent it before (crazy USCIS). Anyways,he´ll send a certified copy of his divorce decree.

    We got the hardcopy of our RFE today. It's something simple, thank Goodness. My fiancé forgot to answer question 2 of the part C (page 3) of the I-29F. It's regarding to ever been arrested for something, the answer is no. Simple as that. :) He is sending the reply for thia on monday, Apr 25th! Hope we get the NOA2 soon!!!! :)

      We also got our RFE hardcopy today, and it was also about a simple thing in the form,that he left empty,when the response was NONE.And they requested his divorce decrees,that ii had been sent before.Anyways, we´re gonna reply to them on monday too. Yeah,lets hope we get our NOA2 soon.

      Well, when we mailed the I-129F, we sent a bunch of things to prove our relationship. So, yeah, we hope it´s something simple and we can solve it faster.
