Now on to our AOS Journey! We mailed our AOS packet on 1/23 and was delivered to USCIS Dallas Lockbox on 1/24. Received a txt just now that application was received and a receipt # was provided also. THANK YOU Jesus! We hope that everything goes smoothly.....

YIPPPEEEE! Received email from USEM: We are pleased to inform you that fiancée and fiancée derivative (K1/K2) nonimmigrant visas were issued to the applicants on June 24 and July 1, 2011. The visa packets will be delivered to their designated address by guaranteed courier service. Ima be with my babeeee next week!!! Sayang he couldnt make it this weekend, di umabot ang visa..Now just waiting for txt from 2go! SOOOOO HAPEEEEE!

sana nga natraffic lang..hanggang ngayon ala pa ung visa...US holiday on monday so that would be another day of processing delay for our visa. Today marks the 12th biz day after our interview....

Our case finally left NVC on 4/13 and is on it's way to Manila!! It's only been 2 days and I'm dying to call USEM....

Thanks guys! We thought we were approved on 3/15 BUT it was only a touch because my lawyer called and they had our address incorrect in their system. I was soooo sad. But today, I picked up the mail and there it was - our NOA2 approved on 4/4/11. Finally! I even called USCIS today to check for status and I was told that our case was still in process. I guess they don't even have their system updated.
I really think that your NOA2's are coming soon to you guys...
