  1. Yes. NVC tel# is really busy. You need to redial many times to get the line. Then proceed the Automated Voice Response (AVR) system. Be handy with your CIS Receipt#.

    Loto

yes,my friend idid last night late i call nvc and avr i give him cis recipt and he give me nvc# he told me they send lettre in octobre 6 but i don't yet reserved

    thanks

  2. well, there is a lot to do at NVC - even then, the visa isn't just 'handed over' - there's also scheduling, more namechecks, and the interview itself, then AFTER the interview the visa is handed over to her.

    some timeticks for you

    USCIS-NVC handover - 2 weeks

    NVC Processing - 1 to 3 months

NVC Scheduling - wait time - 2 weeks to 6 weeks, depending on that embassy's scheduling calendar

Appointment at Embassy - 2 to 6 weeks after scheduling, depending on that embassy's scheduling calendar.

you know what to do next? yes? no?

no my friends tell me plz

  3. If you are still on green card than .... depending on the quota of your spouse's citizenship country .. your case is in line.....for visa no. to become available........but before that you need to get approval......so you are still on green card than...yes you will have to wait for sometime......but you can always contact uscis if you haven't heard anything besides normal processing time.

hi my friend i got approval I130 so how long can take it nvc for my wife get the visa thanks

this is a 'request for evidence' letter?

you'll need to send in something that 'makes sense' to an adjudicator, aye?

if you are sending in the original BC, then you'll need to write up a letter of attestation, explaining exactly why the date is in 'that format'

    or

if you are sendingi n the new BC, make sure the date makes sense.

Sorry, I don't have much real input on this.

  4. ok - so your latest thing is a 'case transfer' notice.

    Got it.

No idea on any 'turn-around' time, but

usually, if an I-130 is sent to local office prior to I-130 approval -

then USCIS wants biometrics on the US Citizen

or if you are an LPR , not a US Citizen -

the file is sent to storage until your priority date becomes current.

    or

if transferred from east coast to west coast (WAC to EAC), for example -

you'll receive a case-transfer notice. Maybe and sometimes.

hi my friend i reseved to day dy mail lettre said i have to send birth certifi for my wife but the problme i have it the date issue t 08/2208 so my quation can i send the new birth certificat or just i will send old one this one i have ti here withe me tanks

  5. OK ! Thanks for the clarification.

Still no approval notice, then. Ouch.

Any idea of 'why take so long' ?

Is this a 'normal I-130', with a foreign spouse in Morocco, US Citizen residing in USA?

Or is this for an adjustment of status case, with both spouses residing in USA?

it's normal I-130', with a foreign spouse in Morocco ,withe green card

  6. Sorry, not enough information. What does the second notice say, exactly?

Please use a keyboard, input what is written on that notice, here.

    Thanks in advance !
