Been tracking the DHL number for the visa... Its been 'on hold' per the dhl site since Nov 1st. Called DHL in the US and they do not know. Called DHL in JA and they do not pick up the phone. Not sure if its on hold with the embassy still or there is an issue with the package! Grrr

Our status said "on hold" as well as of yesterday and again a few days prior. I think they just put it "on hold" as it goes through each phase of delivery and is waiting for the next step. I'm not sure what address it is going to, but maybe it reached us faster since it was sent to my husband's work. I hope it doesn't take much longer for yours to arrive! Congrats on the approval!!!

Hi! Ill have to keep it short because the internet here is slowwwwww. He got it!! We are all set to go. I will be back state side tomorrow so I will post more details on the interview then! Now we just have to wait for DHL to send off the password back to him.

So I was reading through some of the threads for Jamaica and came across one very interesting!
So the petitioner is no long allowed to go into the embassy with the beneficiary! I know it’s for the K1 visa and I’m not sure about any other type.
I’m still going to go to the embassy and see what happens. If anything I’ll just have to wait in the car.

Haha really?! Our interview is at 7:30a. Thats super early but I guess it's better to get it out of the way. We are closer to Ochi so that going to be a drive in the morning. I was planning to go out there this month anyways so I just extended my trip. I'm leaving Friday! Good to you and your hubby!!
