until now wala pa rin ang return mail namin at wala pa ding confirmation kaming narereceive sa kahit saan..ewan ko kung anong mangyayari sa mga docs ko..ayaw naman ng USCIS ng reapply naming muli ...ang hirap ng sitwayon ko..

usually if you sent it to the wrong USCIS address, they will return your whole application and the payment...where exactly did you sent it?...the problem you will have to face if somebody has cashed out the money already..did you check your money in the bank if the money you paid was cashed out or not?..if they already cashed out the money, means that they already accepted your application...have faith...God bless..

Green card received!!!!!!!!!!!!! Less than a year since I put in the original 129f petition, now Flor is a legal US resident!!! Thank to God for his hand in this process. Just a couple of years and she'll be done with immigration forever!!

hello te...did you know that Shannon and Craig filed for a K1 last Nov.23, 2010?..just wondering coz I saw their profile here in Visajourney, they are waiting for their RFE letter to come and hoping for their NOA2 soon..as far as I know, Shannon didn't share about her K1 at all..or did she ever share her K1??..and we all know that they just got married...natatawa nga ako kasi bka, huli na naman ako sa news...hehehe...

do we need to file AOS before my visa expires? or is it ok to file after just as long as we got married before it expires?

hello te..I really thought you got married already..anyways, just make sure you get married within the 90 days(before your I-94 expires)...others were able to get approval even if they filed for their AOS after their I-94 expires or even years of waiting..congratz on your coming marriage..God bless..

I'm so confused because this morning another Biometrics letter received from USCIS so when i checked its I-485 & the letter I got yesterday is for I-765. Is biometrics is really per application?? Anyone experience same thing as mine??
