Nope they didn't verbally told me I'm approved the C.O. (consular officer) just said "If everything is Ok we will issue your visa on the date mention on the pink slip" normally if you received pink slip it means you passed your interview and they just need to double check the doc's you have been submitted to them but if you received Blue slip it means its either you failed your interview or they put ON-HOLD (A.P. administrative processing) of your application for whatever ...
