I send a G-1145 for each doc. I hope it arrived an everyone is just too hung over from their Christmas party.

The green card overrides the EAD so the theory is they only issue the EAD for one year as it should take less than one year for your green card to be produced which will replace it

I know how you feel darl I had to wait for Wayland to get his taxes organized before we did ours as being a single man in this country is ####### and they tax the hell out of them. But yeah am doing great waiting on biometrics reschedule letter so I can get on and do that as have to drive to Atlanta for it. But we have 2 cars now so I am mobile and can get around on my own learning my way in Augusta. Just packed up presents for my daughters for Christmas and sending them off today. It's go...

Good luck Ang and no worries with customs ok it's a breeze, they are nice in LA anyways lol did my application for SS number today and was too easy all done and in my married name will get that in 2 weeks. We have a few things to do as well as my husband is a vet so I get some military id and insurance and have to get a clearance for mu hubbies work, but it's all good and love it here. So good to be back home

Yeah I'll wait for the AOS. I know you can apply for a work permit in advance but it expires at the same time as the K1 90 day entry so I dont really see the point. I've got some cross stitch etc to keep me busy during the day, plus I'm going to explore and get settled so whilst I hate the idea of sitting on my butt for 3 months or so I dont really see the point of spending the money the other way.

How did you get your 129f approved so quickly through Vermont office? We got NOA on 9th March and was not approved till 22nd June. Then sent to NVC and on to australia. Sent all papers in July and just had interview last week day after yours. They had one missing document from my fiance in US and we had to resend it to them express post and I am still waiting for my visa but you got yours in 3 days wow. I am so jealous. It s nearly 2 weeks for me and they got this document last Monday from US...
