    We meet in Tropical North Queensland, he was there diving the Great Barrier Reef and I was getting my open waters cert. We have been back and forth for two years, he proposed in June and we started our visa process.

    What is everyone doing re work permit? Are you waiting to be married?

      Yeah I'll wait for the AOS. I know you can apply for a work permit in advance but it expires at the same time as the K1 90 day entry so I dont really see the point. I've got some cross stitch etc to keep me busy during the day, plus I'm going to explore and get settled so whilst I hate the idea of sitting on my butt for 3 months or so I dont really see the point of spending the money the other way.

      well....working would be good...but in the meantime, im settling the kids into their new school....doin the cooked meal thing for dinner...cleaning the house...trying to save money actually....its exhausting actually....
