  1. Hey, thanks for your comment. After you are married within the 90 days in the US you can technically wait months or even years to file AOS paperwork. You will be out of status, you can't work, and all delays just cause everything to take longer... but if you can't file right away (because of a lost job or whatever) you can still file later without penalty.
