    Finally got touched September 8, 2010. It's something anyway, after 6 months and nothing. Will call again the 9-25-10 will be 7 months.

      Mine was touched on 9/9 and then was approved 9/17. This is good news. Btw, if you call USCIS, ask to talk to a Tier2 Immi Service Officer.

    USCIS-Cali is working on March 16, 2010 cases as of Friday. Thank God I know something. They want me to check back in 10-15 more days, since mine is March 26!
