  1. Hello!

My fiance has two middle names. Really a first name, the second 'segundo', and a middle name. I cannot fit them into the first or middle name box on the I-129F form. I cannot change the font and I do not think I can fit it by writing it in. The names do fit on the G325A. Any suggestions, please? Thanks so much!

Hi, this is what my fiance did on our app

3.2.2)...How should a latin name (first name, fathers last name, mothers last name) be put on the G-325A and I-129F?

A..What others have done successfully is to use the first (fathers) last name on the forms. Then in the cover letter, state the full name including both last names and that you are only using the first (fathers) last name on the forms.

  2. I was born in San Antonio, my husband lives in Santiago. I have a cousin in Valparaiso that goes to a really nice Christian church. Your English is great by the way. You have to be reaaly patient with this process. By the way I was able to expedite my husbands case because of the earthquake, but this benefit may only be for immediate relatives only (husband/wife or kids) check it out at USCIS website.

    God bless and take care.

    Emily

    That's great :D

thanks for your compliment about my english, i don't have problems with my writing and reading but i still need to improve my spoken english:P

We knew that getting involved in a long distance relationship wouldn't be easy but we really love each other and that's worth all the waiting :luv: but sometimes missing him is REALLY rough:blush:

I told my fiance about the chance of get our case expedited because of the earthquake but he thinks, just like you said, that's just for immediate relatives so we will wait and wait and wait and...lol :P

thanks for your kind replies, ill be praying for you and your husband :)

    God bless

  4. I sent my fiancee

-the i-134.. with my tax forms.. and bank statements..

-My old itenaries and boarding passes

-I have already booked tickets for me to pick her up and go to hawaii to get married so i included that as proof that we plan to get married right away.

she had to fill out a form and send it in ahead of time.. and fill out another form to take with her.

She did her medical already but wait to you get to you packet.. all they really did was take blood... xray.. eye test and give her a shot.. nothing physical

She reprinted our pictures incase they ask..

nothing much you can do till you get the packet..

you have plenty of time after the noa2 but time does move fast.. we had about 7 weeks.. interview is next week

thanks :) and congrats about your interview, i bet you both are so excited:dance:

so my question was about what papers did you send as a proof with your I-134, we don't know what papers my fiance has to get notarized...:help:

once again Thank you so much for your always kind reponses:content:

    God bless

  5. in our packet from the consulate in chile they give specific instructions to have the i-134 notarized..

i was sure to have mine notarized..

there was not really much room for it but my lawyer stamped it and drew a line and signed it..

    good luck

Can you tell me what did you send off along with your I-134? we just got our NOA1 but we want to be prepared in advance

    Thanks

  6. Well, does he make the poverty guidelines or are you needing a co-sponsor? If he makes the poverty guidelines on his own we just sent copies of the past 3 years W2's, past 6 months pay slips, letter from Patrick's boss on company headed paper stating how much he earns and we also got some info from the bank with regards to what money he had coming into his bank account. I am sure you do not need all of this but its better to have too much rather than too little.

This may be different if he is self employed, not sure as Patrick is employed with the US Air Force

    Lesley

We don't need a co-sponsor. Thank you so much for your help

  7. tell him to make copies before he send... like i said before ours go lost... i sent copies and they never said anything...

did you send him the passport photos too?

Yeah he already made 3 copies of everything, the 1 he is going to send, 1 for him and 1 for me.

I sent to him 2 passport photos just in case, i made copies of cards and its envelopes, hotmail,Msn, yahoo and myspace messages, form G-325a and letter of intent signed up (2copies of each)

So now he is working on all the assembling stuff, hopefully he will send it off asap:)

thanks again 4 your replies :) its good to know that we are not alone on this journey

    God bless you ♥

  8. My fiance has 4 names, two first names and two last names. I put his 'family name' as his fathers last than his mothers last (in the same space). His first name I put under 'name' and his second name I put under 'middle'. I think that's the best way to fit in all the information but if your fiance has really long last names it might be harder...

    Good luck!

That's what i thought at first, but then my fiance saw this on FAQS section here on VJ and it says : What others have done successfully is to use the first (fathers) last name on the forms. Then in the cover letter, state the full name including both last names and that you are only using the first (fathers) last name on the forms.

So he told me to put just my fathers last name in "family name' and he made a state of that in the cover letter. Do you think it would be a problem? I filled in the forms on my computer and then printed them, do think that he can he put my mothers last name next to my fathers in ink??? maybe im just freaking out about this...Sorry for so many questions but that's the only thing that has been bothering me and we are ready to send the petition so i need help!!!!:help:

    God bless you
