Things have been if'y from the start....I tried and tried and now that she received her 2 year green card on Jan 11th She is unbeariable.....I am sad, crushed and broken hearted but she has to be sent back or removed from my house..... she took my cell phone and is ruining my life and business.....

No one seems to know what to do or advise me.....

My wife is here, we married last year in Nov, we got a social security number before her K1 was expired..... Problem is..... we received a social security number the same as her twin sister.

Yes, both applied and received the same SS number... we tried to correct but since the K 1 expired thay cant issue another until she has her Green card which is under progress.....

we put our tax return on extension

so? can we file a return without an SS number??

anyone have this problem? Can you advise?

We are now married in the united states, its over our 90 days and we are appling for our greencard,

Can we? or should we go to the Philippine Embassy in New York to register our marriage? Before we have out green card.

Got a social security number, married and 90 days are up.... started thinking about working part time.....

I see where you can file for working papers before 90 days..... but dont see anything afterwards.... does that mean we can work now?

Didn't file Adjustment of status yet but am gathering paperwork for.....

Fiancee is here in the states..... the K 1 flow chart says....get your social security number before getting married and then change the name after marriage. Our local SS office said we can't get a SS number until after we marry on a K 1 visa.... Hows correct?? and Why get before marriage?

Next expected problems !!!!! On a long flight to the states.... flying form Honolulu turns into domestic and you cant buy foods without a credit card !!!!

and... when getting on the plane in Manila !!! I hear we need mayeb a copy of the credit card used?? and what can we expect besides the airport tax for added unexpected fees??? anything???

Newbster, good point but I did ask the group on July 27th.... with many views and didn't get any result... Which may or not mean its connected with the reason CFO is making a new rule that doesn't make sense.

I'm very long waiting here and just trying to get through this process since starting sept 2011.

as in my post Final Processing.... I called for our case status and a few replies were it was approved 4 Fridays ago and they are only waiting to print the visa. Now all the replies are the same.... its final processing should have been completed ... whats that mean and why is it taking 4 weeks once approved.....

all of this started because we didnt have Japanese clearance on our interview on April 16th. we sent for the japanese clearance on April 17th and sent that in over 2 months ago. so one month to approve and over one month Final Processing....

Just looking for help with a Happy ending !!!!

Also waiting here for final processing of our visa for over 3 weeks.... Dont understand why??? Any ideas?

What can be wrong??? They said the visa was approved 3 weeks ago.... and still didnt send it..... our interview was April 16th all was good except for Japanese police clearance.... that was received and sent to the Embassy 7 weeks ago.....

They wont get upset if you keep calling???? Its been 3 weeks and a day since they say the Visa was approved....

We sent in Japanese police clearance one month and 3 weeks ago.... I call and they say teh visa is approved but needs the visa printed or say its in final processing...... for 3 weeks now

what is it? How long can we expect to wait?

When dialing the Embassy numbers.... do you dial any special country code numbers or just dial the number

such as the 214 571 1600 number? if not...woudl someone dial that number quickly for me and tell me if it works for you....

Please let me know if that number works for you.... I find its not a good number anymore????

We sent our Japanese police clearance in over 4 weeks ago.... our interview was April 16th... They Kept my fiancee's and her sons passports...... Its going on 5 weeks and we didnt receive any information.

Can anyone get through to teh Embassy on that phone number in the past 10 days???

Has anyone had trouble with the phone numbers shown as contact numbers? I called last week and they worked.... This week ( the last 2 days) I get a recording the numbers are no longer in use?

One other person gave me the same number i used last week and it doesn't seem to work.(632) 301-2000

We had our interview April 16th and all went good except we needed Police clearance from Japan.... Now that we received the clearance..... it was sent in 3 weeks and a day ago..... How long should we expect to wait? Can we do anything to get the visa?

Well, we received out Police clearance from Japan...sent with 2go to teh Embassy.... its been 3 weeks and waiting !!

We had our interview April 16th, they requested Police clearance from 12 months of working in Japan.... Clearance received and sent 2go to the US Embassy todat June 6th. How long shuld we expect to wait for her Visa? usual 2 weeks? Shorter or longer.....

We had our interview and they ask for police clearance from Japan for when she worked there 7 years ago...that normal?? and how do you do? and how long? Cost to help us plan it?

Lucky us !!! We paid the BPI fee last Friday, we are trying to register our interview online and it wont take the

passport number with or without the x's I even added an extra x to make it 10 digits.

Anyone else have this problem??
