Just the medical fee. He will need some money for postage to mail his passport back with the visa inside it. It's not very much.

EOR Letter, Photos, receipts, financial documents, a copy of your drivers license and work ID if you have them. Loads of stuff your birth certificate even though they don't ask for it.

Make sure you bring lots of Photos together any financial documents you have together. Work ID's if you have them. All the chat and phone logs. Travel receipts the EOR anything and everything all in an organized folder.

Don't forget a full copy of your passport all pages. A letter of evolution of relationship is nice too. Lots of photos & 3 yrs tax returns.

I don't have playboy there a lot of that on the other channels. I have a lot of cleaning to do. I have some of those movies saved on the dvr haha.

Hi the NVC just received our petition today. I emailed the Attorney let him know to get rolling on this. I am hoping to get out of the NVC in a reasonable time. I'll be watching for your interview date.

Your case spent 6 months at the NVC. Wow that was too long! I hope mine goes through faster than that.

Finally got touched September 8, 2010. It's something anyway, after 6 months and nothing. Will call again the 9-25-10 will be 7 months.

Have not heard anything since my call to USCIS on 8-25. Told me I should hear something by 9-25. Thanks I will post something as soon as I get some news. Just waiting impatiently.
