      both DONT need to notarize it.... just for the record, we had our I-134 notarized.

    we finally decided to apply the visa here in UAE so i can still work and earn money while waiting for fiance visa from my babe..thank you guys for your suggestions.

      GoodLuck on your journey:-)))) I did applied my Visa oversea ( Kuala Lumpur - working for 3 years) as well and I guess it's more easier and faster than Phils. They never asked too much documents as evidence..though I prepared tons of proof;-)))..besides, I guess it's a plus that you still currently have a valid working visa in UAE so when it comes to immigration background check this is an added points that you went through stringent immigration process to qualify for the working visa...
