      It will probably take 3 or 4 days to be processed in NVC. Then it goes directly to Rio. You can call NVC about a week after you get NOA2 and ask if it has been assigned a case number yet. Then you can email the embassy and ask for your interview date. You will get a letter in the mail, but I wanted to know right away, so I emailed them. They replied within a day.
