My application went to California as well and I 've herad that when it goes to that office usualy there is no interview; just the green card sent directly and I was wondering is that what happened to your case? One more thing: the approval for the I-131 Form for advanced parole is sent AFTER you pass your biometrics or before that? You have any idea? Whenever you can and whenever you find some time, let me know about the above mentioned issues, so that I get prepare...
