No response from I130 still pending. Asked again if Congresswoman Suttons office can get any more information. Last call immigration officer told me 5 months +16 days is still "on time" for government work.

We have received the long-awaiting NOA2 yesterday on 9-7-10. The petition was approved 9-2-10. Praise God we have moved on to the NVC where it will go much faster now. I wish all of you waiting for NOA2's to have faith and patience. Yours will be there soon
